Artwork Preparation

Preparing your artwork in the correct way is essential to ensure high quality printing and a fast turnaround.

After you have placed your order online, please follow these instructions to ensure your artwork gets to us on time. If you are unsure about this process, please call us (0845 094 8692) and we will gladly talk you through the process.

Preparing Artwork

• Only send us print ready PDFs, CMYK 300dpi or over

• Embed all fonts

• Ensure you have added a 3mm bleed to your files

• Ensure all text and images are at least 6mm away from the bleed edge

• PLEASE DO NOT send us Publisher, Powerpoint or Word files!

Preparing Artwork Files for Uploading

• Ensure you zip, rar or stuffit your artwork file(s) - this will compress the files and reduce the overall file size, resulting in a faster file upload. Please zip multiple files together

• Rename your compressed file as the same as your order number, it will look something like "210408-2044-181" - this is very important as we receive lots of artwork everyday and we need to ensure there are no issues

Advanced Users

www.yousendit.com has some nifty tools for advanced users and regular customers. We can highly recommend their express tool, which automatically zips folders and uploads files from your desktop, which can save up to 25% on upload time! When sending artwork direct from www.yousendit.com or from their tools - please use sales@supremeprint.co.uk as the recipient address.

Emailing Artwork

Please do not email artwork to us unless requested! This is for two reasons, most files will be too big to email and will just stay in your outbox and it really slows down our email inbox when we have many people emailing artwork!
